In 2012 I ate a high calorie diet and got up to 105kg but felt fat. In 2013 I dieted down to 88kg for a bodybuilding show, and then got comfortable at 98-99kg. 2014 was all about showing that you can maintain a leaner physique and still eat the foods you enjoy, still go on holiday (I went on 4 trips), not feel starved or weak, use cardio in phases - effectively not excessively, and feel less restricted in your efforts to drop fat and maintain it. I stayed between 92-94kg with a brief period at 89-90kg. That was fun and hopefully informative, but not productive in the sense of building muscle. Maintenance life is no longer for me. 2015 will be all about showing that you can improve your physique without having to gain a bunch of body fat, still without the need of pharmaceuticals, and without training 7 days a week or twice a day, or anything else excessive. Also, not living on fast food claiming Im bulking bro. The goal is set. Make gains, maintain 9-10% body fat. #planningthe2015blueprint
