In Cambodia, USAID helps fight against human trafficking by giving them legal assistance. The Counter Trafficking in Persons Program (CTIP II) is providing legal aid to 97 Cambodians who ended up in slave-like labor conditions on fishing vessels throughout the world often by companies falsely promising them good wages and working conditions. “Where is the Horizon?” a video developed by USAID’s partner Winrock International, shows the stories of three Cambodians helped by CTIP II. goo.gl/4OeWz9 Do you know the warning signs that may indicate human trafficking?
