In February, 60 of my friends purchased their 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack and I created the Team Relentless 21 Day Challenge Group that is ran and monitored by myself and others TEAM RELENTLESS Coaches. There are no over 250 people that are currently using the program! One thing, Ive heard REPEATEDLY is that the meal plan is so confusing. Most people dont have a problem with the workouts, which are only 30 minutes long, just the meal plan. A few things: - Working out improves your health, strength and endurance, but if you want REAL results, ones that are noticeable not just to you or others, you MUST, MUST, MUST follow the meal plan that comes with the program you selected. Your version of eating healthy may not actually be healthy, just healthier than before you started. Even if you are consuming healthy foods, you may NOT be consuming the correct sized portions or getting the right balance of foods, which effects your energy and ability to get through your workouts, which may result in you NOT completing the FULL 30 minutes, NOT pushing yourself hard enough to get REAL results and even missing a workout, which makes you feel like a failure and hopeless which can lead to you not staying the course. By not maintaing a balanced diet, your body may not be getting your nutritional needs and then you will experience CRAVINGS, which in turn may keep you from staying on track diet wise. - The #21DayFix meal plan consists of 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% healthy fats which will help you sustain your energy and keep your cravings at bay and if you stick to the calorie range suggested based on your CURRENT weight, this meal plan will help you lose weight and tone up and build muscle while coupled with following the workout schedule. If you currently OWN the program and are just staring at the contents in the box; recently attempted to read over the program materials and are still lost, recently started the program and are just trying to wing it; recently started the program and discontinued the program because you just couldnt wrap your head around the meal plan, or recently completed the program, but had pretty minimal results, which were discouraging, but it was because you were not following the meal plan 100% would you be interested in watching a video I created to help you get started right???
