In India we dont need to buy or breed GSDs with good anatomy...just get some handlers known to the German judge and the rest I dont need to elaborate...being a shepherd fancier Im shocked to see some top SV judges forgetting what correct anatomy and movement is all about...now the trend is the faster the better...whether the dog is showing proper front reach or having high lifting action its not important...if speed is everything then I plan to keep a greyhound....Having been in the game for quite sometime now I have seen many non-german judges to be as knowledgeable as most of the German SV judges...that includes Late R.P.Mitter, Late Ashok Mukherjee,Nawab Nazeer yarJung, Mr.C.V.Sudarsan of India, Mr.Louis Donald ,Mrs.Fran Farley, Dr.Karen Hedberg of Australia, Mr.Tim Hady of Indonesia,Mr. Mario P. Magsaysay of Philippines to name a few...I have a lot of friends who are SV judges and this is just a general observation...now a speciality show is not considered a success if you dont get a German SV judge....whereas we have many judges worldwide who dont have an SV licence but are equally brilliant....
