In January of 2013 I got into an email squabble with Facebook. I lamented the concerns I had with the manipulation of Facebook feeds for marketing and advertising gain. I broke it down, in detail why; sociologically Facebook was leading to the rapid demise of the social framework of morality and self preservation. Weeks later, they took my Hypothesis and ran with it. Almost 700k facebook profiles were hijacked by the administrators. Half of them received only negative news posts and advertisements. The other half, positive. A very controlled experiment. Every interaction was catalogued. What post you viewed, what you didnt. They tailored each page, to the user. For the users that had negative feeds. they posted more negative emotional lamentations on an exponentially more frequent basis. The positve users? Exactly the opposite. While the first half of users lives fell apart. The second half found new relationships, had babies and got promoted.... Finally, the age old question; Does violence in the media and on television increase the violence in society? Your God Damned Right It Does. We, as biological entities, mirror the behavior of the environment around us. Its called Positivism, Social Influence and Social Psychology. I will get a Nobel Prize for my research one day. I spent a year and half performing the same study Facebook did, by myself on Google+. I have four communities there. Decriminalize Marijuana, Agnosticism, Sooners and Humanity. The first two, are my biggest communities. I spent most of my time in the Thinkers community and the rest of my time observing Atheists, which, might I add the most outspoken ones are just as bad as the Creationists in their ability to put the blinders on to an infinite world of possibities. Im moving back to Florida. Closing my business in Tulsa and forgetting about the family farm in Clayton. Ive enrolled in the Anthropology Program at FAU and will minor in Engineering (Renewable Energy). I will learn to code, continue to post to my blog, facebook and youtube account...but I am going to get nothing but MORE MOTIVATED the further along I go. I dont waste a lot of time building graphs and presenting pie charts, scatter plots and density plots on maps and making infographics because I am just one person. I dont have that much time and most of you wouldnt understand the data if your three year old had it magnetized to your fridge. That is not your fault, and doesnt make me smarter than you. You have applied yourself to being an integral member of society, you do your part and are a good citizen. There is honor in that. Dont get me wrong. That is not for all of us. Some of us are artists, innovators and creators. We just have a different persepective....yours isnt necessarily wrong( you have just been looking through a glass filled with muddy water). That water is your livelihood; the mud is a bunch of bullshit dumped in there by the system you pledge allegiance to every day. If you are not part of an LLC or any other corporate Ponzi scheme: taxes, tags, licenses, registrations do not apply to you. I have a 40 Class A motorhome. I did not have to get a CDL, even though the RV weighs 36,000 lbs and is pushed by a 330HP Caterpillar engine. I am a private citizen, and am not required to get a CDL in any state (even though the weight and length of the automobile classifies as a Class A motorhome I cannot be held to DOT standards because I am not a Commercial Traveler. I looked into this further. I found out there is a percentage of Americans that have taken their tags off of their automobiles. They have stopped consenting to searches and they no longer register their automobiles or pay taxes. Why? Because any state law that was passed to regulate the travel of a free man has already been deemed unconstitutional.
