In July 2013 Sweetest agreed on a partnership with F.I.P. (Federazione Italiana Pasticceria, Gelateria e Cioccolateria) that provides teaching and consulting for the Professional Pastry & Cake Design School. Many common projects, along with a remarkable growth perspective, will come out of this partnership in the cake design world in the future. Many foreign students took a diploma at Sweetest, that will have the honour to take part (with 7 national teams) in the 2015 World Cake Design Championship, held at Milan Expo. The next goal for Sweetest & F.I.P. is to export “Professional Pastry & Cake Design School” abroad, by planning courses and events in the major European capitals and by bringing the Italian style everywhere. internationalfederationpastry/clients-view/sweetest/
