In June 1997, at Bronxwood Ave. and 213th Street a drug dealer named Leroy Mclennon has a drug dispute with Dwight Robinson over 213th and Bronxwood Avenue. Robinson later approaches Mclennon in broad daylight, pulls out a 9mm handgun, and shoots Mclennon 13 times at close range. After filling Mclennon’s body with 13 rounds, Robinson once again attempts to camouflage himself across the street amongst the crowd of witnesses as the crime scene is being processed by police. However, this time Robinson is fingered by numerous witnesses, and is arrested on the crime scene. The consistent location, motive, caliber weapon, number of shots used, and post shooting behavior,( see chart on back) All point to Robinson as the same perpetrator of the 1992 Harris Brothers Murder, and the 1997 Mclennon Murder. This coupled with the fact that Robinson did not falsely accuse Mr. Buari until he himself was interrogated by detectives as a suspect/person of interest for numerous other killings and shootings that took place in the summer of 1995, including the shooting of Calvin Buari and John Parris. Cleary this indicates Robinson motive, guilt and foul play in having Mr. Buari falsely accused for The Harris Brothers’ Murders At Mr. Buari’s trial, defense counsel subpoenaed Sylvester Heggie ( the only disinterested witness not testifying for a deal who was a Burger King employee) who testified that he had “saw Dwight and Peter on the scene (of The Harris Brothers Murders) immediately before the shots began to go off.” The prosecution case against Mr. Buari consists of shaky informant witnesses directly motivated by Robinson to lie, and major incentive plea bargain deals to also induce every witness to follow his lead, plus no Motive for Mr. Buari to consider harming The Harris Brothers. #freecalvinbuari #teambuari
