In Legs Bums and Tums class I get given alternative exercises to the rest of the females which I find amusing. I am constantly told not to overstretch!, I get to do tricep extensions when everyone else does their floor ab routine, I must keep both feet on the ground, and I can take a rest from my 2kg dumbells now I am 69kg now which makes bodyweight and touching my toes more challenging than my pre-pregnancy weight of 60kg but eh, I get by. Only 11 more weeks until im full-term, yeah baby. Mom, you probably shouldnt watch this. Dont worry I trust myself x
