In Mexico, a woman lived during more than 10 years with a chain attached to his pants, as a chastity belt. The Veracruz state authorities arrested the subject for allegedly putting the lock to his girlfriend to prevent her being unfaithful. But they had to let him go because the woman did not press charges. He, however, admitted responsibility and vowed not to abuse his partner in this way. The only known case because the woman wanted to go to the bathroom and could not. Feared cut pants with scissors.
