In Slovenia, the beautiful city of Ljubljana (pronounced Lublana), and you can understand why Napoleon was enchanted by the town and chose it as the capital of his eastern empire, while it lasted for France. After walking along the banks of the river passing through town, we happened upon a free rap and DJ show promoting the legalization of pot. Washington, Oregon, and now Slovenia?
