In Sudan, Omar Bashir is to vie again for the presidency after 21 years in power inspite of being an ICC indictee; In Zimbabwe, Grace Mugabe is positioned to take over from her husband who has been in power for 36 years; In Kenya, two tribal chiefs are talking of alternating power for the next 20 years.
