In a couple of hours (Barbados time) I will be 50+. Got me reflecting on the past year. The challenges, changes and blessings. Friends and family that I have lost and new friends I have made. A new job, new car, my son got married and Im on vacation in a place I love to visit. With all that said, I realize that my new year doesnt start at the beginning of each year but on May 6th, the day of my birth. I know and appreciate that I am truly blessed. God has been good to me and I graciously accept it all. Now, I will probably be next door drinking margaritas at midnight so I will thank you all for the birthday wishes in advance. Lol! Oh, I didnt win the Florida lottery, I just checked but thats cool.
