In all of the things Ive done wrong, I must have done something right. For 16 days I had a head pressure that progressively intensified, Ill save you the boring details. The point of the story is that for over a week I could do nothing more than lay on the couch. A trip to the dr, then on to the er, on to special procedures. ..and this man just did it. He never complained, was my advocate actually. He studied out every symptom, made it clear to the doctor what he thought it was (and he was right ;-)) and I got what I needed. When the symptoms started back he was so positive, reading me articles about how long it takes for these things to improve and such. Ive always been a caretaker. I dont take sick days. I was completely stressed about work and school and then Im not allowed to lift for weeks. ...ugh....but still, at the end of it all, not one time did I have to ask for help, he just did it. So at 3 am this morning I laid back on the couch and just smiled. He said whats that smile about? I just shook my head. I dont think he even realizes just how perfect he is! Now, as he lay peacefully sleeping, Im counting every single blessing that I dont deserve!
