In case you havent noticed every week I post a group challenge . A few of us participate loyally and its so cool. Last week we killed our challenge ! So here is the new challenge to existing members and anyone who wants to participate . Beginning tomorrow and ending next Sunday evening. Challenges are posted weekly on Sunday evenings. If you wish to participate please comment below and check in daily with progress. Here it is! 1. Regressive Cardio πŸ’œπŸƒ Looks like this : Day 1: 50 minutes Day 2: 45 minutes Day 3: 40 minutes Day 4: 35 minutes Day 5: 20 minutes (feel free to change the times to meet your individual goals) 2. Cook a healthy meal for two or more people . Use this as a way to re connect with someone you love or want to love and share your commitment to a healthy lifestyle with them. πŸ‘«πŸ‘ͺπŸ‘¬ 3. Try a new type of exercise. Something youve never done. Give us your review ! 4. Get up 5 minutes early to spend some time with yourself and get focused for the day. βœŒοΈπŸ’­ every day ! Try a podcast meditation ! Go for a stroll outside. Get centered. Remember the mind, body, spirit connection. Thats it! Cant wait to hear all of your thoughts and experience with the challenge !
