In conjunction with the St. Patricks of Heatherdowns School Second Grade Brownie Troop, Allstate Agent J. Mark Atkinss office (5330 Heatherdowns Blvd. Ste. 203 Toledo, OH 43614) will be collecting items for the Toledo YWCA Battered Womens Shelter. If you would like to donate items, Marks office will be collecting them from October 13th through October 17th. Items can be dropped at the office anytime between 9AM and 5PM. If you would like to donate but are unable to drop the items off, please call Marks office and they will arrange to pick them up. Also, enclosed is a list of items that are in most need. CLEANING SUPPLIES AND KITCHEN ITEMS • Powdered laundry detergent and dryer sheets • Toilet paper / Paper towels Silverware / Large plastic cups and Ziploc sandwich bags • Large garbage bags (size: 13+ gallon) • Liquid hand soap / Dish soap • Febreeze /Air Fresheners, • Rubber gloves for cleaning • Disinfecting wipes • Cleaning supplies • Paper plates / plastic forks, spoons and knives WOMENS/CHILDRENS ITEMS • Womens bras & panties (new please) various sizes • Blank journal books & pens • Deodorant (regular size) & Feminine hygiene products • African American hair care products • Lotions and/or body washes • Flip flops (womens - various sizes) • Reusable sleeves for a digital thermometer • AMC Movie passes • McDonalds certificates / Burger King certificates / Wendys certificates • Bookstore gift certificates • Size 4, 5, or 6 diapers • Baby wipes SHELTER / MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS • Used cell phones (to be refurbished for domestic violence survivors) • Batteries (sizes - AAA, AA, C and D) • Bath towels / Wash cloths / Pillow cases/Pillows • Target and Kohls gift certificates • Grocery Store gift certificates • Home Depot, Lowes gift certificates (for dead bolt locks, security items etc) • Padlocks with keys and/or combinations • Twin size sheets • Gasoline cards Thanks for your support and if you have any questions, please dont hesitate to call Marks office at 419-867-8887.
