In just two weeks we will hear the verdict regarding President - TopicsExpress

In just two weeks we will hear the verdict regarding President Uhuru Kenyattas case at the colonial court at the Hague. As I have said here before the only verdict I expect from that court is they will adjourn the case indefinitely for obvious reasons. One, theres no other case at the Hague in history that generated so much fundraiser for ICC than the Kenyan case. If they terminate this case the ICC coffers will run dry. Two, Mzungu has this notion that you can only defeat Africans if you have something that will disturb their conscious on daily basis after the divide and rule mentality ceased to work for them. So we must be prepared that the judges at the ICC will never terminate this case and you can take that to the bank. The judges cannot refer Kenya govt to the ICC state parties for the fact that African states are majority. And if ICC attempts to refer Kenya to ICC state parties that will be the end of the case. So ICC judges will never attempt to go that route because President Kenyatta will lobby the majority of African states to throw the case to the dogs. The only better option for the judges is to adjourn the case until 2017 to give Raila Odinga and his civil society an opportunity to rush to courts to try bar Uhuru and Ruto from running for the top office again in the hope that their puppet Odinga will be elected into office. Anyway, we will deal with that when the time comes like we did in 2012. Meanwhile as President Kenyatta was departing the Hague after the status conference recently, some civil society pretenders led by one potbellied Nairobi lawyer, some woman and another monkey I cant remember the name, were busy addressing some journalists in New York on reasons why the international community should issue sanctions against Kenyans in what they said was non co-operation by the govt on this dead case. No one can dare issue sanctions to Kenya at this time. And if they were to do so it must be through the ICC state parties and it will never see the light of the day. So there are very limited or no options for the proponents of choices have consequences and their Kenyan sycophants. May God bless the President of Kenya.
