In my journey of building a business, I learned that NO ONE could do it FOR me, there would be people who would do it WITH me, but FOR me…no, it was me and all me. I would have to get me up and going, I would have to get me to pick up the phone and make calls, I would encourage me to make the contacts and follow up. It was when I realized that it was ME that was in business for ME and that no one else could do it for ME, that this business finally became real to me. I learned what I needed to learn, I found the mentors, knocked on the doors, aligned with others who had the same passion, attended the events, I was no longer at the mercy of any external factors. It was when I realized that it was ME who was going to be building my business, that I could finally be a resource to others who wanted to grow theirs. It was a major mind shift, it HAS BEEN a major mind shift and it has been very LIBERATING. Im freed of my own limits because Im embracing that my business is up to me.
