In my wildest dreams I never could have imagined such a thing as this. With the murder of Kendrick Johnson who was found dead rolled up in a school carpet the issue of ORGAN HARVESTING became rampant, when it was discovered that all the young mans organs were missing. And many in the African American community began surmising and some quite convincingly, that the reason for all the Black children turning up missing was in fact due to ORGAN HARVESTING. Well what I learned yesterday while at the United Nations Protest is that in China millions have been murdered for precisely that reason. And the primary targets are those practicing a belief which is called Falun Gong, which is also known as Falun Dafa. It is a belief based on the universal values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance. But the belief is despised by the Chinese Government because it cannot control the minds of its practitioners and the benefits have drew the people away from allegiance and reliance on their government. And that is cause for persecution or, at least their government believes. In an attempt to wipe this practice out they have deployed several mechanisms by which to instill fear in those who are practicing it. The main one appears to be ORGAN HARVESTING and indeed many are performed on LIVE VICTIMS! The story first came to light when a woman who had claimed that 4,000 Falun Gong practitioners had been killed for their organs at a hospital where she worked. She also said that her husband a surgeon at that hospital had informed her that he had removed the corneas from the living bodies of 2,000 Falun Gong practitioners. A week later, not only did a Chinese military doctor corroborate the womans story, but claimed that such atrocities were taking place in 36 Concentration Camps throughout the country. And he said the largest contained 120,000 people. He further said he had witnessed Falun Gong practitioners being massively transported across country in cattle trains at night, under tight security. In an attempt to investigate the issue Falun Gong supporters and human rights activists began immediately investigating the allegations. They placed calls to Chinese Hospitals pretending to be looking for a kidney or a liver and to their horror - they were repeatedly told after every call weve got Falun Gong practitioners in stock; just come in and we can get you the organ within a week. The Falun Gong detainees who survived the prisons, forced labor camps, or detention centers, told of systematic blood-testing and thorough medical examinations. These tests werent given out of concern for their medical well being because they were repeatedly being tortured. These tests were for the purpose of tissue-typing for ORGAN HARVESTING. Shocked by these reports, two prominent Canadian Attorneys launched their own investigation, Former Secretary of State for Asia Pacific David Kilgouer and Prominent Human Rights lawyer David Mattas. Both published their 140 page report in July of 2006 and the report drew the regrettable conclusion that the allegations are true. The report calls the ORGAN HARVESTING from the Falun Gong detainees a form of evil we have yet too see on this planet. (For more information please visit StopOrganHarvesting.org)
