In the following list of commonly consumed foods which ones would you consider healthy: orange juice, apple juice, low-fat and skim milk, Gatorade or other sports drinks, margarine, rice cakes, pasta and polyunsaturated vegetable oils such as canola oil, corn oil, safflower oil and soybean oil? The true facts are that NONE of these commonly consumed foods are healthy. For instance, orange juice and apple juice are basically sugar water. The healthy nutrients are left behind in the pulp. Milk fat is very healthy and contains the fat soluble vitamins A, D and K along with their needed phytonutrients. When farmers would remove the fat from milk to make butter they would give the tasteless watery mixture, that was left behind, to the pigs. The food industry made this skim milk palatable by adding powdered milk (contains toxic oxidized cholesterol) and other unhealthy ingredients. They then promoted this low-fat milk concoction as very healthy. The public and many nutritionists BOUGHT INTO THIS LIE. The truth is low-fat and skim milk is more toxic than healthy. Drink only whole-fat milk (best if its raw milk or pasteurized only). Avoid homogenized milk as the process that keeps the fat dispersed throughout the milk causes the fat to become somewhat toxic. Avoid Gatorade and other sport drinks as they are very rich in sugar. Mineral water or coconut water would be a much healthier drink. Most energy drinks are loaded with sugar. Rice cakes and pasta are basically starch and cause a rapid increase in blood-glucose levels which fuels inflammation. Consume WHOLE GRAIN pasta and then only very sparingly. The high omega-6 vegetable oils such as canola oil, corn oil, safflower oil and soybean oil fuel inflammation throughout the body and drastically increase the omega-6/omega-3 ratio which is also detrimental to the bodys health. youtube/watch?v=ku3TOXreMIc
