In the footsteps of Dr. Shock, I would like to hear opinions of my friends about another issue. I recently shared a wonderful article related to modest dressing for church attendance which calls for us to be sensitive in our judgement (both verbal and nonverbal) of others. However, sometimes seasoned Christian women wear clothes that make me cringe-- in and out of the worship arena. Yes, I can own up to being envious of those beautiful bodies, but sometimes the clothing is just inappropriate. Christian men and women bear full responsibility for not feeding inappropriate thoughts, not dwelling in that temptation. Having teenage boys, I am a little sensitive to this. I am trying to teach my boys that they are responsible for controlling their thoughts and actions. So how do we love each other and build each other up in this situation?
