In the interests of keeping the Horses in Action riders and horses safe the Class 209 - Group C show jumping competition has been canceled due to the present weather conditions. The RASV consulted competitors this morning and decided to suspend the competition to ensure riders and horses were not put at risk with the high winds. The status of competition will be evaluated an hour in advance of each class scheduled today to determine if it is safe to compete. We will continue to share updates on status of the Horses in Actions Classes throughout the day. Apologies to patrons who are attending the Show to see the Horses in Action competitors compete. However, in this scenario the competitors safety must be our main priority. If the weather improves we will endeavour to host the classes scheduled this afternoon.
