In the last few days, topics have caused many to quote Let not then your good be evil(blasphEmeisthO) spoken of as well as Abstain from all appearance of evil(ponErou) Here are my questions............. WHAT is the context of BOTH quotes? What does EVIL mean in both quotes? What is being spoken about? Can we make them applicable to whatever we want, even though the scripture is speaking of something particular? PLEASE study this out before responding, because what has been said when quoting the aforementioned scriptures, has NOT applied to the topics in which they have been used.
