In the ’80s, when Ted was in high school, the oil industry briefly cratered, and his father’s business tumbled down with it. He went bankrupt. Ted washed dishes for 50 cents an hour, paid his way through the University of Texas (with Gov Money), and started a small business in the oil and gas industry. As teenager in the 1950s, his father, Rafael Cruz, fought with Fidel Castro in the Cuban revolution . Now ted lives off the Government as he fights for limited Gov; even if he shuts down Blue State Gov, he will still be living off Blue State Tax Dollar and Gulf Spiller BBPOIL /Halliburton and Rick Scott Medical Industry Prison Industry Medi-cal conglomerate )
