In this life, in this ONE shot we have been given on this earth, you are lucky if you find ONE or two good friends. I have been incredibly blessed to find many. Many years ago I hit the friend lottery when I became friends with the Sosa family. What this friendship has meant to me is impossible to put into words. They are as much a part of me as my own family. Tomorrow is a huge day for Orlando Sosa and his wife Maribelle. She is having a bone marrow transplant from her incredibly brave and awesome sister. The courage they have shown through this ordeal can only be described as Herculean. I dont ask that you pray for them....I ask that you pray for ALL people...I ask that you thank God for your health, your family and your friends. I ask that you treat ALL people with kindness, respect, tolerance, and generosity. Because that is what I have been taught by my own family and friends, and I am reminded of it more than ever today.
