In tonights video, I roll out (messily) a new exploration around how we can unlock the hearts that will resource an entire generation and finance the creation of a world that truly works for everyone. So grateful for the inquiry with Paul Cooper and Lauren Sheehan who tapped into this message deeply with me tonight. Just yesterday, a subscriber to our Eyes Wide Open Love Letter asked me is it too late for a 60-year old to step into the new economy. And when I spoke on a panel at Lucidity Festival this year, there was an elder in the audience who clearly felt frustrated by our new economy message because he felt it was too late for him. And, he was probably right. What I am coming to understand is that NO, its not too late for someone in their 60s or 70s to step into the new economy if they do so through investing in their kids. Now, not to say there arent some folks in their 60s and 70s with the energy to dive in themselves. But, for most, its not about that anymore. Its about finding a place to put their investments that will ensure the last 10-30 years of their life are lived out in comfort, safety, security and with the highest quality possible. What Im discovering and explore in tonights video and Paul and Lauren and I will explore more in depth is that the most secure investment the senior generation can make is in the junior generation. And, the junior generation needs to and can step up and learn how to receive it, be trustworthy, and provide that security.
