In yesterdays pic I could see that there was several things about to happen so I went back down today around 5:30 they were still working. To check it out. NOTICE the guy with the torch? He is cutting rerod in the concrete while he is standing in a boat. ALl the cement chunks fall onto the deck, put into huge tubs and lifted to shore with crane. OH FYI the river right there is 14ft deep. On the otherside where they are working it is 15ft deep.
