Incident Info for 7/14 … - MVA : Officer responded to a 2 car MVA at the location; driver 2 found to be wanted out of Cherokee County. Driver 2 also found to be in possession of small baggie suspected to contain heroin, 2 syringes and 1 spoon with suspected heroin residue. Driver 2 cited, arrested & transported to jail. - Morris Rd, Theft by Taking : Officer responded to the location and met with complainant, who advised that catalytic converter had been removed from vehicle. - Morris Rd, Criminal Trespass : Officer was dispatched to location and met with complainant, who advised that their vehicle tires had been slashed sometime during the night. Complainant provided possible subject information to officers. - Kohls, 13097 Hwy 9, Theft by Shoplifting : Officer responded to the location and met with Loss Prevention regarding a misdemeanor shoplifting. - Barberry Dr, Criminal Trespass : Officer was dispatched to residence and met with complainant, who advised rear window of residence had been partially shattered. - WalMart, 5200 Windward Pkwy, Theft by Shoplifting : Officer responded to location and met with Loss Prevention, who advised that unknown subject removed merchandise from the location, but had left before officer arrival.
