Include Cayenne in your day every single day. Dr. John Christopher overcame serious health issues by having a glass of water with a teaspoon of cayenne stirred into it every day and lived to a ripe old age when doctors didnt think hed live past 35.. and he didnt even die from an illness, it was an accident. If you cannot handle a teaspoon, start with whatever you can tolerate and build up to it. Otherwise add to smoothies and dishes.
