Indian Muslim leaders across the country, if they concentrate for the development and progress of the Muslims, the helplessness situation could be met properly in collecting the data, in finding its regular mechanism to check its progress, there could be possible way to establish any agency in social, educational, administrative, economic and in political fields for taking special measures to get the Muslim enlistment in these fields in general and in educational field in particular. monitoring committee of minorities education led by government of India also agreed the fact that the Muslim students are not able to continue their studies due to their poverty and inadequate scholarships and financial assistance contributed in hindering their higher education opportunities in our India. there are thousands of NRIS living across the globe from indian origin ,and they could understand the helplessness and backwardness of the indians in the these fields, this worst situation could be avoided to some extent and government of India and its state government if worked together in mutual cooperation in at least education field this worst situation could be avoided long back. And NRI NGOS, if works on the basis of understanding the social, economic and political conditions of the Muslims in urban and in rural areas of India in offering their services we will get more and more results in these fields and they could avoid their disappointment they are receiving from the local Muslims leadership and the attitude of the government towards the muslims while spending millions of millions of rupees up to their self satisfaction in their aims and objects they set to work in specific issues and in specific areas in our country. they need to set their aims and objections in feasible way in serving the Muslim society in the most useful way for their contributory level they wanted to. one striking feature is appeared in the report of justice rajender sacher, and it is also noted that the intelligent muslim students rate growing more than the other social groups of the hindu religion such as in 2004-05, 10.5% muslim students were reached to the graduation level without dropping out from their secondary education, where as the other social groups student rate was just 6.8% only. it shows that the muslims students in genenral education side, they are studying well comparatively with the other social groups of the hindu religion. if any family of the NRI, bears the responsibility of the single poor student from millions of muslim students half of the problem of poverty, higher education and employment could be sorted out with the help of the government. If the ngos working abroad have any commitment to serve the poor Muslim students, they could establish their regular contact with local NGOs working in the particular field if education the problem of backwardness of the Muslims in India could be solved to some extent and remaining part of the requirement could be fulfilled by the Indian government in its states also. because education subject is in concurrent list of Indian constitution and center and states can make any laws on educational institutions and colleges in their respective jurisdictions. we request all the nris of indian origin to come forward by contacting their nearest and convinient ngos of their localities for the support to those indian muslims students whose education in higher level hampered due to their poverty, there is a great help for the Indian Muslim society. The poverty percentage in India is 32.1%, in which scheduled caste people are 42%, scheduled tribes are 47% AND MUSLIMS ARE IN NEARLY 50%. AS PER THE UNDP OBSERVATIONS. poverty head count ratio for Muslims is higher in the states of Assam, utterpradesh, west Bengal, and Gujarat. But Gujarat government is hiding this fact in its false propaganda in media and presenting it to the Indian people as its role model development in these elections and BJP is also projecting Narendra Modi, the killer of 3000 people in Gujarat, as its prime ministerial candidate in 2014 elections. Vikiislam pedia noted in its data while presenting the global data on poverty in its portal stated that transition rate of muslim students from 7th standard to 8th standard is very low compared to other communities, and continued that 6% of girl students are forced to stop their education as parents think that there is no need for them to be educated. National council for applied economic research(NCAER) has stated in its survey report which cited in zee news, on march 28, 2010 that THREE OUT OF 10 MUSLIMS WERE BELOW POVERTY LINE AND LIVED ON LESS THAN RS 550 A MONTH IN YEAR 2004-05 Further it is also quoted from the observations of Ranganatha mishra that the Adivasis are the most vulnerable group with nearly 50%below poverty line...(followed by) Dalits and MUSLIMS WITH POVERTY RATE OF 32% AND 31 % AND SAID the Indian Human Development Survey conducted by the NCAER and university of Maryland of US. Mr. Khalid anis ansari, (who is a Ph D candidate at the university of Hamanistic Studies, Utrecht, the Netherlands, also works with patna collective, new Delhi and engages with pasmanda movement as an interlocutor and knowledge activist) stated in his article in the Hindu dated July 17, 2013 that pasmanda a Persian term meaning those who have fallen behind, refers to Muslims belonging to the shudra( backward) and anti-shudra (dalit) castes. It was adopted as an appositional identity to that of the dominant ashraf (forward castes) in 1998 by the pasmanda muslim mahas, a group which mainly worked in bihar. We have thousands of think tanks in our muslim community and all they say that yes the muslims are the worst sufferers of poverty , unemployment and illiteracy and the government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development says in its portal that 4. According to Sachar Committee Report one fourth of muslim children in the age group of 6-14 have either never attended the school or are drop out. For children above the age pf 17 years, the educationa attainment of Muslims at matriculation is 17% as against NATIONAL AVERAGE AT 26%. Only 50%Muslims who complete middle school are likely to complete secondary education compared to 62% AT NATIONAL LEVEL. We have seen more than half a dozen reports including governments and NGOS and all says the same citing each others report in their reports about the backwardness of the Muslims in India But they think that their duty is over by throwing their finding and reports on the face of the media and began feeling they have done a lot to the Muslim community and claims themselves that they are the saviors of the Muslim community in India. On the government side, the role, what it should have to render to the Muslim community which gives its votes to the governments both in center and its 29 states, is something good but it is not sufficient for the development of the Muslim community. Since last 2 decades mostly only two governments were in power led by NDA (hindu fundamentalist alliance) and UPA liberal congress party alliance, in india and ruled the country according to their own agendas they set for, and they have not sown any intresst for the development of the Muslims. muslim community was very happy in keeping the Hindu fundamentalist group out of power for last decade and the congress government is better all the way because it has no communal agenda against Indian Muslims that much only the Muslims have their positive feeling for the congress party. THIS EVENING at hyderabad, in a star hotel, youger brother of K. chiranjeevi, union minister of congress party declared his political partys name jana sena in corporate political level in the large gathring of 400 people in the auditorium, spome more than 2 hours, touching the issues which hurted him was the most of that issues was the way of division of andhra pradesh, by the present congress government, he is known as pavan kalyan, who was the campaigner in the praja rajyam party floated by his elder brother, in 2008. he has more issues of his own family matters that hurted him a lot than the present public issues of the two states, viz, telangana and andhra pradesh initiated by the present government. his subjects are removing black marketing of the articles of the society, proper security to the women, and provision of proper fecilities in government hospitals. and he praised smt indira gandhi. for her role she playes during the anti-hindi agitations in tamilnadu. he tagetted the congress party and trs for their role in bifurcating the state. he stated he inspired by bal gangadhar thilak, bhagat singh, at that time. and he praised pv narsimha rao, former prime minister, of india, who shown this way for the progress of our country and the congress party did not allow his dead body into aicc office in new delhi. it is seen that pawan kalya floated new party emotionally without proper homework and plan to serve the people. however, his subjects he touched in his speach are not new but but the he presented is VERY EMOTHIONAL and have realized me to remember the days of the CM, NTR, after him he is the second LEADER of the AP. he is passionate and emotional in touching the issues in cenemaic sript and actual sript he read while delivering his 2 hours long speach. however, he is a strait forward man, without hipocracy
