EMEs QSEs or Large enterprises that are 51% black youth owned (between 18 - 35 years of age) or; 2. EMEs QSEs or Large enterprises that are 51% owned by black people with disabilities or; 3. EMEs QSEs or Large enterprises that are 51% owned by black women; 4. Must have a company profile (highlighting areas of specialisation and core functions); 5. Must be operational for at least 1 year; 6. Must be in possession of a valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate; 7. Must meet the maximum annual turnover thresholds in terms of the Amended BBBEE Act; 8. Must be complaint with all applicable regulations for companies under South African law; 9. Must have a valid BBBEE certificate/affidavit in line with the requirements of the amended BBBEE Act; 10. Must have an affidavit confirming disability (people with disability). Failure to comply with the criteria as set out will render the application disqualified.
