Influence If you have influence on one or more people you are a leader. Considering the fact that you are a leader, you will bring negative or positive energy to the people you are leading. If a certain change take place and you appear disoriented or overcome by the change, this reaction often spreads to the whole environment of the group or organization. You must exercise WISDOM and respond EFFECTIVELY for the sake of those you are leading. You have the POWER to change your environment!
