This organization was established in Jyestha 2064 B.S.The Intellectual Resource Mobilization Centre was established to advance our land towards the prosperity and progress by comprehending the coexistence to the human beings and also making them understand about inalienable (inherent) rights and duties to unite them with the bond of universal brotherhood through the social transformation with the active contributions of the intellectual world. Objectives • To maintain easy access to exchange views with each educational, cultural, social, technical, non-governmental and functional organizations. • To participate women, nationalities, Madhesi, oppress and minorities group as much as possible without any discrimination for the encouragement of proportional development process. • To support to make implementation and to prepare the structural form to choose an appropriate project, to make information readily available about the prevailing condition of each area and each group by maintaining a close relations. • To create the situation of co-existence and to make a guidance preparing a concept related to the economic, social and cultural structure of the country. Function/Duty • To advice the concerned level unit and monitor by understanding the interest of the people of every level and make a discussion by prioritizing the necessity of the people. • To identify the potential local resource to develop in line with that. • To make a mandatory provision to include the local people for the selection and implementation of any project. • To be desirous and industrious to make overall supports in the context of attaining goals. • To make necessary support available in the field of management and technical field for the operation of the function. The Intellectual Resource Mobilization Centre shall continue its efforts to attain the target goal by maintaining a harmonious relations with the government of Nepal, all governmental and non-governmental organizations, developmental organizations, districts, villages, embassies and all who support for the upliftment and support of the Nepalese nationhood.
