Isnt their first major mistakes. Lol Stupid Ass EA. EA is shitty!! Anyway EA here explains about Battlefield 4s problems and mistakes. Of course EA defends Battlefield 4. Lol Electronic Arts chief creative officer Rich Hilleman told Rock Paper Shotgun that the company understands it made some mistakes in recent months, but said games like Battlefield 4 have been exceedingly successful. Hilleman rejected the premise that either game had poor launches, citing sales and active play. I think there was a lot of noise about [Battlefield 4], but some of that is a function of your surface area. The more customers you have, the more noise becomes available, he said. We did things wrong. We know that. We’re gonna fix those things. We’re gonna try to be smart about what customers want in the future. But I’m not willing to accept--and I don’t think most of my customers are willing to say--its a bad product, I wish I didn’t buy it. That’s not the conversation we’re having now. I think what we’re hearing is, You made a game we really liked. We would’ve liked it a little better if it didn’t have these problems. Many of those problems we can fix, and we have and will. Hilleman said that some of the problems stemmed from releasing on new consoles, saying its difficult to test on unreleased systems. He also promises theyve fixed some organizational problems, and that theyve fixed the most glaring issues. He also noted that the process between console generations changes so much that they would need update most of their methodology anyway. As for the lingering question of Titanfall stability, Hilleman was less assured: Titanfall is made by a different organization. Respawn has very firm control of their project. Best I can do for you. Others within EA have taken a more apologetic tone, calling it a complex effort but emphasizing how quickly the team worked to fix the problems.
