William Fraser, the head of US Transportation Command (TRANSCOM), has had a diverse list of assignments throughout his career. He has commanded Air Force bomber wings, flown aerial tankers and worked in the National Reconnaissance Office. At TRANSCOM, he is in charge of getting US equipment out of Afghanistan.
