Introducing: USA-Breeder Gain Sharing Consignment Program Before we had experienced resident trainers, we found it difficult to find the right approach to developing and selling our young warmbloods undersaddle. Thus, we developed our program to train our own youngsters with resident trainers AND we also developed a creative solution to share this expertise with USA-Breeder colleagues who were looking for both and exceptional training and an effective consignment sales program. We call it the USA-Breeder Gain Sharing Program. In essence the Gain Sharing Program keeps the monthly expenses to a minimum by deferring all of our profits until such time that we sell the horse. Thus, we are motivated to make progress, keep the horse in a constant state of bloom and more importantly get the horse placed in an appropriate home for good $$.
