Ironman continues to be my Albatross. I would be lying if I said I was not extremely disappointed by my performance today. But what Im not disappointed in was my effort. Even though I felt very flat on the bike and run I can say that I never gave up and I had the best performance that I could give today. To everyone that supported me not only along the way but tracked me I felt you energy and it helped me through the very tough times, which there were many. To Jennifer Hanley-Pinto it was so amazing to see you have a great race and share the course with you. Thank you for always supporting me in the special way that you do. And finally to Alyssa Majesko for being an amazing Sherpa and giving me tough love on the course when I needed it. Now its compression tights time baby!!!
