Is Gotv Kenya and Startimes Ready for Digital Transformation in Kenya? Uhuru Kenyattas Government and developers are key to Kenya, the entire African continent, and worldwide -- bridging the digital transformation before the 2015 deadline. Though, the Kenya’s digital transformation has thus not been as fast as it would have been with streamlined procedures, hitting the digital migration process particularly hard. My random survey in Nairobi, I have seen poor and rich Kenyans queue buying Gotv and Startimes decorders only going home to connect but the thing does not work -- reason; I think the reception and the entire systems have jummed due to the massive activation of these gadgets bought by many Kenyans. No clear word is being said but the agents insist on Aerial reception, others have also been forced to buy new aerials only to get home and face the same technical issues. Gotv Kenya hence give its customers this number; 0711066000, a number that no one answers for customer care services. With Gotv, E-017 error has suddenly become popular on these decoders of recent, Im a living witness. Are these developers and government playing tricks with Kenyans who are desparate to transform from analogue to digital screening with barely some few days remaining for the switch deadline? Will the developers be able to deal with their poor reception problems Kenyans are facing now?
