How many times have you sent username/password information over a non SSL connection? Ive personally done it thousands of times. How many times has that information been stolen? Zero. How many emails have you sent over the internet unencrypted? Over the years, Ive sent thousands. Stolen? Zero. The internet is a gigantic place, and the odds of your information getting stolen in an attack like this are extremely low. By all means, change your passwords occasionally, and be alert about new security breaches. But, dont lose any sleep over it.
