Is your Facebook game asking you to refresh all the time? As Zynga players know all to well, having to refresh your game while in the middle of playing can be a pain in the butt. Especially when it happens several times in a row. Or, worse, prevents you from getting into the game at all. Its not uncommon for a something within your browser, Flash Player, or Shockwave Player to cause some problems in your game. This includes a repeated need to refresh your game, or maybe a new feature not to be released to you, or a number of other issues. When something starts going haywire in your game, try the steps below first. If these steps work, then you can stop pulling your hair out and can get back to playing your game. If these steps dont work, then you can be reasonably sure that the issue is with the game (but thats not a guarantee). Make sure to do these steps in the order listed and exactly as written. 1. Delete the games App from your Facebook Profile (facebook/settings/?tab=applications) 2. Log out of Facebook (do this in every browser installed on your computer) 3. Clear Flash Player cache (macromedia/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html - Delete All Sites) 4. Clear your browsers cache (do this for every browser installed on your computer) 5. Reboot your computer 6. Open your browser (pick one browser) 7. Make sure your Flash Player is updated: helpx.adobe/flash-player.html (does not apply to Chrome) 8. Make sure your Shockwave Player is updated: adobe/shockwave/welcome (does not apply to Chrome) 9.
