Istanbul: Human Resources Executive Required Job Description (Please request full info): The HR Director is accountable for developing and overseeing the execution of the client HR Plan with the business leader, leveraging the virtual HR team. The HRD-Client identifies key strategic talent priorities and employee and business priorities as input to the plan, ensuring integration of the business plan with the HR Plan. The HRD leverages the leadership and knowledge of the HRGM, Staffing Director, business leader, and HR Director - Org to develop a business-oriented HR Plan, aligned with HR strategy, synchronized with the COEs, and designed to accelerate business outcomes during the fiscal year. The HRD collaborates with the HR Director - Org and business leader to assess resources required to deliver against the plan, and supports the HR Director - Org in attracting, retaining and developing a team to successfully achieve the HR Plan. Identifies, diagnoses, and works with leaders and HR team to address key workforce issues such as retention, employee engagement and performance issues. Takes action to close gaps, working with HR Management team, Staffing, OD Director, HRGM, and others as needed. Accountable for ensuring the HR Plan is executed through a virtual team, including HR Management team and Staffing team. Criteria (Please request full info): High degree of business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at an executive level and within HR as a virtual team leader. Demonstrated success in managing HR Programs in a complex, matrix and global business environment. Strong communications skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify systems strengths and weaknesses, and drive for continuous improvement. Organization Development expertise, including organizational diagnostics, org structure alignment to business requirements, and change management expertise.
