It all started a year ago when I first saw the BPM poster with JC in the elevator going up to URBN. We decided to enroll for DJ lessons. A year has passed since I joined and competed in different competitions. I never thought I could reach this far in a competition at an early stage of my DJ life, its really a blessing to be one of the finalists of Pioneer Digital DJ Battle Philippines.Its an honor to compete alongside these talented people, Mikhail Mia Al and Jal! Being a DJ newbie here thank you! You guys showed me how powerful a DJ can be and because of you, I kept on pushing myself so that I can be worthy to compete against the best of the best. haha I will still keep on pushing, hoping one day I can spin like you guys did in the finals! First of all congrats to the champ DJ Mecha your set is really jaw dropping! Im sure you will kill it again at the regionals! Will surely be there to support you! To the jusdges Katsy Lee Mark Nicosia Funk Avy and Ace Ramos, thank you for all the tips and kind words during the competition. To my mentor Aryan along with the BPM big 3 Travis and Marc! Thank you for sharing your skills and continuously teaching me not only in DJ-ing but also the right attitude to be a DJ. To Cal and Patty thank you sa opinion and tips with my set! To Jay, thank you for all the sleep you have sacrificed para lang maka practice kami! Pizza na!!!haha To The Beat Project Manila fam. Thank you all for the support, kahit naka chamba lang ako sa semis at nagkalat ako sa final, you guys still kept on supporting me! salamat!!!:)) To Jc salamat sa tulong ng pag eedit and sa mga ideas nabinigay nyo ni den! To Denise thank you sa logo! first logo ko yan!haha swerte yata ung logo.:-p To Adi! thank you for helping me twice in this competition! sobrang important ang pag tulong mo sa akn. without you d mabubuo ung tone play ko! thank you! To my friends Renzo Carmela Troy William Jacqueline Carlos Josh James Michael Lyn Karina Brian Sarah thank you sa pag punta ng semis and finals! thanks for believing in me! kahit ako mismo wala ako tiwala sa sarili ko, but you guys did!haha Its been a great experience in this competition; we pushed ourselves to the limit and tried to bring the best music for the crowd. Im still really happy even though I know I had many mistakes in my set. Because I learned a lot from all the people I came across in this competition. Thank you all! Next time i will do better!
