It always bears repeating, Ferreiro has once again surpassed my expectations. With a very tight deadline of only a few weeks, and no way to accurately determine the extent of repair work that needed to be completed, Ferreiro Construction once again far exceeded the best case scenario that I could have envisioned. When I called Ferreiro to fix my severely damaged decks, it was my hope that my renters could possibly use one of the two decks which were literally falling off of my house. In a matter of only a couple of weeks, both of the damaged decks were rebuilt and usable again and all of the finishing work was completed. In addition, Ferreiro went even further and replaced several sections of my damaged hardwood floor, removed and adjusted all of my sliding doors, and painted the interior of my home affected by the repair. I had intended to have one deck usable, with no expectation of the aesthetics of the repair, but was more than pleasantly surprised with both decks usable and all of the finishing work completed ahead of schedule.
