It has almost NOTHING TO DO WITH OBAMA... This would be happening right now because of THE REPUBLICANS disobeying our Ninth and especially our TENTH Amendment laws, over the last TEN DECADES, leading to absolute power to spend money on anything they feel like voting on. The Democrats are marginally even worse. The Republicans are spending money on whatever they need to BUY elections from any American voting MOB special interest voting bloc they want to bribe, with our IRS STOLEN wages, salaries and property, to come under their BIG TENT. This is in UTTER VIOLATION of the Tenth Amendment which grants them only EIGHTEEN limited powers and spending limits as itemized under Article I Section 8 of The Constitution. This usurpation of powers and spending by the Federal Government is filtering down into the States by the abomination of Federal to State grants. All of this is ultimately the transfer of wealth from some people to others. This is made possible by ILLEGALLY changing our form of Government from a Republican form of Government to a representative Democracy where the American voting MOB votes for the Government to steal wages, salaries and property to give it to the MOB. The more that our elected Republican and Democrat enemies transfer the more they get elected into office. All of this CORRUPTS the entire system and affects every single State including, in LARGE MEASURE, the Cops as they utterly disregard their ONLY purpose, to protect INDIVIDUAL and States Rights, State and Popular Sovereignty, by application of our Constitutional laws and Bill of Rights, which includes Life, Liberty and Property (also known as Happiness). When Cops do their jobs they need to remember that The People are THE SOVEREIGNS, the ORDAINED rulers and higher powers OF GOD (per Romans 13:1-5 (KJV), over America and OVER our elected Republican and Democrat public servants upon whom We The People ordained and established OUR LAWs over. The Cops also need to recognize that ANY SO-CALLED law that isnt made IN PURSUANCE of The Constitution IS NOT ENFORCEABLE as it is merely the color of law and a USURPATION even if the ENTIRE American voting MOB wants that law. This is what protects INDIVIDUAL Rights, State Rights, State and Popular Sovereignty as well as our wages, our salaries, our personal property, our economy, our small businesses, and our jobs FROM the American voting MOB who wants to have it stolen and given to themselves by numerous Federal Government programs like helping with College tuition, or Obamacare, or Socialist Security, or Medi-SCARE, or you name the domestic program. The only way that our elected Republican and Democrat public servants can spend money on ANYTHING that exceeds the eighteen items listed under Article I Section 8 is by an Article V Amendment to The Constitution. THIS LAWLESSNESS BY OUR Elected servants and the lack of LAW ENFORCEMENT to enforce our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws is what ultimately causes all manner of corruption and bad Cop behaviors. Because We The People lose our status as We, the rulers and higher powers, lose our individual Rights, powers, wages, salaries and property ultimately stolen by the American voting MOB.
