It has been a month since I had to deal with the annoyance of your DVR system recording things I know I NEVER would request it record. Until a few days ago, when I came home it has been recording Judge Judy, American Idol, and the Fake News Network of MSNBC (otherwise known as MSLSD). This is really starting to irk me as a relatively new customer. If I was not LOCKED into a 2 year contract I would have already left and went to your competitor. If it continues I WILL leave. I have two requests, 1. have someone call me and help me stop this, or quit doing whatever it is that you DO do to make this happen. I am tired of being put on hold endlessly to talk to people who can barely speak English and have zero chance of understanding what my actual problem is. 2. Tell me how to delete channels from my list. I am tired of giving the hate mongers of NBC space on my listing.
