It is a beautiful Memorial Day weekend and Chef Matt Braune has prepared two great featured entrees for this evening. The first is a pan seared Copper River Sockeye Salmon served with tempura fried and lobster stuffed morel mushrooms and herb roasted fingerling potatoes. The second entree is a Majinola Farms Wagyu Filet served with grilled Iowa asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. Pair one of these entrees with a signature cocktail or great wine.
