It is fantastic to see these positive reinforcement techniques implemented by a segment that typically uses more traditional methods based on force. Curious to note: there are many ways to use the clicker in training. In this demonstration the clicker is used as a continuation signal. I particularly do not like to use the clicker in this way, but as a task completed signal. I think it makes the clearest setting for the dog. Notice that the dog of this demonstration is never sure of when the job ends. The task end signal for him is the trainer offering the reward.
