It is not true that when you talk about your problems more often and focus on the negative feeling it entails it will go away. You are actually energetically setting yourselves up to attract more and more of it. The solution is to distract your mind and focus away from the problem and begin to reach for a good, relaxed and positive feeling thought as a flat-form to think for the solution. It is for most people a counter-intuitive measure to to solve a problem but it is the only way any problem is effectively solved. Creative thinking is triggered and bolstered by the ease-ness and clarity of the mind. Fear, anxiety, anger and grief worsens what already negative condition there is.
