It is so unfortunate that we have a house of assembly that is not functional in kogi state. They started well but things has changed now, d assembly has been turned to a mere department under government control, better still an appendage of d governors office. This explains y they cannot ask questions abt d where abt of over N4.6b revenue accruing to d state monthly. Kogites are sad that our state is stagnant.
