It is so very important to drink enough water everyday. Water is vital to all systems in our bodies. I cannot stress enough how important water is. If you are not drinking enough water your cells are not working properly and that throws off all of your systems. The brain is the biggest and most important organ so most of the water goes there first. To think clearer and have less headaches drink more water. It also helps you sleep better. Medical advice is to drink half your body weight (in ounces) of water per day. Our bodies rid a lot of water everyday through sweat, urine and breathing, so it is vital that we drink water. Many diseases can be eliminated or eased by simply enough drinking water. This is stated through experience, I will have actual statistics next post. Good night.
