It is yet another month that I have had cell phone service at my home only 75% of the time. I have spent 2 hours on the phone with Sprint voicing my dissatisfaction. I used no profanity although I did feel the need for it. I explained my reasons plainly. I was hung up on 4 times and told by the last person that while my service was not ideal it did not qualify for breaking their contract with me because I still got"something". Sprint, I am breaking my contract with you because you have not provided the service as stated in our two sided contract. You can certainly try to bill me for a broken contract. I have no intention of paying that. You can report to the credit bureaus if you want. My credit is great so I piss on that threat. Sprint, you can go suck it!
